Pursuant to the Administrative Council Decision regarding Execution of Public Works & Finance Departments orders the participation in the tendering process of works up to an amount of Rupees 3 Lacs shall be restricted to the residents of concerned panchayat.
Accordingly, to implement this decision a simple system of registration has been introduced and is being implemented in district Budgam.
As a digital initiative in support of this system, a web portal and app has been created for verification of registration cards.
This portal/app called as Panchayat - Registration Information System will also be helpful in managing the database of Registered Persons.
More features will be added in this web application and mobile app.
This Mobile App/ Web Portal is designed and developed by National Informatics Centre Budgam and is available on URL https://budgam.jk.gov.in/pris
